Below are cruise ports with free WiFi available, I don’t include anything that requires purchases (ie: food).

This is a personal list, if a location isn’t listed either WiFi wasn’t available or I haven’t visited that port yet.

🇨🇦 Canada/USA

• Victoria, British Columbia
  • Ogden Point Terminal
    • Available at throughout the port area.
• New York City, New York
  • Pier 88
    • Available inside and outside of the cruise port. 2mbps.
• Miami, Florida
  • Port of Miami (Terminal B)
    • Available inside of the cruise terminal.

❄️ Alaska

• Ward Cove, Ketchikan
  • The Ward Cove Cruise Ship Building
    • Available throughout the building, no seating.
• Skagway
  • Centennial Park Bathroom
    • 30 mins limit, picnic tables available for seating.
• Juneau
  • Juneau Public Library
    • Take the elevator to the 5th floor, comfy seating is available.
• Icy Strait Point
  • Icy Strait Cruise Terminal
    • Available throughout this area, there are picnic tables to site nearby the red gondolas

🌴 Caribbean

• Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic
  • Taino Bay Cruise Port
    • Available throughout the cruise port (pool area included). Need to provide some information before using WiFi. Need to reconnect once an hour.
    • Lot’s of seating available.
• San Juan, Puerto Rico
  • Hotel Rumbao (Marriott Hotel)
    • Available inside or outside the hotel. Fast (13mbps).
• Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Havensight Cruise Pier
    • Available throughout the cruise pier. Very fast (25mbps+).
• La Romana, Dominican Republic
  • Sugar Breeze Cruise Terminal
    • Available throughout the port area (except for the pool/beach area).
    • Plenty of shade + seating available.
• Oranjestad, Aruba
  • Aruba Cruise Terminal
    • Available throughout the building, seating available (fold-able chairs).
    • The terminal WiFi is also accessible on-board the cruise ship from any outside public area and/or balcony stateroom facing the terminal building.
• Cozumel, Mexico
  • Starbucks
    • There’s a Starbucks next to the Hooters at the Punta Langosta cruise port.
• Amber Cove, Dominican Republic
  • Turquesa Gift Shop
    • Available inside and outside this gift shop.
• Willemstad, Curaçao
  • Curaçao Cruise Terminal
    • 30 minutes of free WiFi available at the port area. You’ll need to provide some personal information to gain access.
  • Renaissance Wind Creek Curacao Resort
    • You can get the WIFI as far as the Renaissance Fountain, seating is available.
    • WiFi does not extend to Rif Fort shopping area.
• Puerto Limon, Costa Rica
  • Terminal Hernán Garrón Salazar
    • Seating available (fold-able chairs) past the souvenir market area.
